Service Description

An individual counselling session typically lasts 50/60 minutes. The aim of an individual counselling session is for the registered counsellor to actively listen, reflect, psychoeducate, guide and provide preventative, developmental counselling services.

Cancellation Policy Please be reminded that if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 80% of full fee, unless you can reschedule in the same week (based on available slots.)
